It is a great place, but, is Egmont Key actually a part of it??? I don't think so, but I see pictures of cannons and buildings that clearly are not within the Preserve.
Speaking from a kayaking stand point this is one of my favorite spots in the Tampa Bay area to do so.
Many spots to do so, with lots of wildlife on most of my journeys here. Highly recommended!
